Chakra balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling healing energy into the seven main chakras.
Chakras are energy points within your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that are meant to stay open and aligned as they correspond to nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
When chakras are blocked they can cause a variety of aliments including emotional issues, depression, anxiety, fear, stress, anger, self doubt, jealousy, judgement, dismissal, communication issues, headaches and other physical issues within the body.
Each of the seven main chakras has a corresponding name and colour associated with them.
The main seven chakras are known as; Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root.
